Where we ship

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We are working on expanding internationally and will update this page when we do.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. You will see the exact cost before paying.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times within New Zealand are:

• Urban areas: 1 to 3 business days
• Rural addresses: 3 to 5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and can vary based on courier load, weather, and public holidays.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please email us at support@scentimelts.co.nz and we will follow it up with the courier.

Damaged on arrival

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 14 days at support@scentimelts.co.nz with a photo of the damage. We will replace or refund the affected items.
