Scentimelts is a New Zealand based online home fragrance store, operating at www.scentimelts.co.nz. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean Scentimelts.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email. Your order is only accepted once we dispatch your items. If we cannot fulfil an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or payment problems, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed at the time of order.

While we take care to ensure pricing is accurate, errors can occur. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before processing your order.

Product information

We do our best to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours, glaze, and small finish details on ceramic items can vary slightly between batches and from screen to screen. Fragrance is subjective and can throw differently depending on your room and burner.

Safety

Our wax melts and candles are intended for use with appropriate burners, warmers, and tealights. Always follow the care and safety information shown on each product page. Never leave a lit flame unattended.

Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is owned by Scentimelts or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our products is limited to the price you paid for the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
